Audi has introduced their promised brand new automobile: the 2016 Audi A3 E-Tron. The 5-door estate hybrid was scheduled to hit the U.S. market in the summer of 2015, however it’s release date has been delayed for this October. Since California and nine other U.S states required zero emission vehicles and they prefer battery-electric and fuel-cell cars, Audi has brought with them their new model, but they have assured customers that the new A3 E-Tron PHEV is not created just to comply with the requirements of the countries mentioned. According to the Audi America President Scott Keogh, “We’re not in the business of making a loss vehicle, or a compliance car. We believe in a car the customer wants to pay for and we have a business case for.”
